The build
One-time. 50% of your final project total to start, the remaining 50% when it goes live. Two revision rounds included in every project.

Every build is scoped and quoted on its own. You get one fixed number in writing before any work starts.
A week to a month once I have your content, depending on scope.
Page count is one of these, not the whole of it. A three-page site with booking, member access, integrations or custom functionality can take more work than a seven-page brochure site. That is why I quote the actual scope instead of pricing by page count.
From means from. $1,200 is where projects start, not what they all cost. Your concept comes with your exact number, fixed in writing before anything begins.
How you pay. 50% of your final project total to start, the remaining 50% when it goes live, by card through Stripe. The deposit is always half of your final project total, whatever that total comes to. Two revision rounds are included; more are quoted before I do them. Timelines are estimates and start once the deposit is paid and I have your content.
After launch
Sites die because nobody looks after them. Care is how yours doesn't. Month to month, cancel by email, two months free if you pay for the year.

This is a way to pay for the Business website above, not a different site. Same build, same craft, spread over twelve months with Care included from day one.
Or spread it out
A three to five page website plus Care, paid as twelve monthly payments instead of a deposit and a balance. Same craft, built the same way. If you need more pages than that, I will quote you the Business build instead and you can still pay half up front. It takes twelve payments to own it and there is no lock in, so you can stop whenever you want. After the twelve, you are simply on Care at $59 a month (or $89 on Care+) and can cancel any time. The site is yours once the twelve months are paid. You can stop future payments at any time. If you cancel before the 12 build payments are complete, ownership has not transferred yet and I'll contact you about next steps before anything changes with your site. Because a price means nothing until you can see what you'd be paying for. I design a homepage concept for your business first, at no cost. If you love it, the packages on this page are what it costs to build the real thing. If you don't, you owe nothing.
Yes. The design and the content are yours once the build is paid. If you are on Care I keep hosting it and looking after it; if you ever want to take it elsewhere, I hand it over. On the monthly plan, that's once the twelve months are paid.
Yes. A redesign is priced by the same packages. I start from your current site and your photos, and the concept shows you the difference before you decide. More on redesigns here.
Yes. Every site comes with a simple editor for your words and photos. You never have to log in to anything, though: on Care, you email me the change and I make it.
Custom apps, social media management, and promises about Google rankings. Where a good tool already exists (Booksy, OpenTable, Square, Calendly, Shopify), I connect it to your site rather than rebuilding it. Photography, extra pages and from-scratch copywriting are quoted up front as add-ons.
