Review cycles are usually what makes a build take longer, not the building. Did someone refer you? If a grant writer, consultant or advisor pointed you here, tell me who. Their name means $150 comes off your project. Where do you operate? City and state, or the area you serve.

This is what sizes the build, so tick what you actually need rather than everything that sounds good.

Is there content to move across? Pages, posts, documents or photos from an existing site. A nonprofit site whose look you like Any site at all. It helps more than you would think.

03What it needs to do

How should donations work? Which donation platform? Givebutter, Donorbox, PayPal, Stripe, Zeffy, a DAF portal, or "none yet". I connect what you have rather than move you. Anything else it has to connect to? A CRM, an email tool, a volunteer system, ticketing. Which ones? Names are plenty. This is context for me, not something that changes the price on its own.

Smaller organizations often do not appear in those records as grantees yet, which is exactly why you search a bigger peer rather than your own name.

I read it and price your build against what you have actually asked for.
You get a written quote by email, with the scope in plain language and the GrantSnag line separated out.
If you approve it, I send an invoice for the deposit. Nothing is charged until you click it yourself.
Then I start building, and you see it before it goes anywhere near live.
